Japanese food journlist
Graduated in linguistic from Sophia University in Tokyo.
After working as an editor for 7 years, she has become a freelance journalist at 1987, later on has concentrated her work on the field of food culture and cooking.
She has published her first book " Let's enjoy Italian cooking in week-end" at 1994 with her light essay and easy-cooking recipes.
She writes about food, drink, and food culture. She is good at introducing a contry, a region and people who lives there through a "window" of food with her writing and photography.
She is also a good cook, she has made many original recipes.
She has published both of book of food essay and cooking recipe books.
